That differs from fragrance to fragrance, which is why we note it on each one: intensity, sillage and longevity are listed on every product page. Some carry far, others stay close to the skin.

You have 14 days to withdraw from your order without giving reasons; the period begins on the day you received the fragrance or collected it from our shop. The easiest way to declare your withdrawal is the “Withdraw from contract” function at the end of every page or a short message to management@arbach-perfumes.at. In addition, we voluntarily take back any fragrance bought online within 30 days of receipt, even if you have tried it, as long as the bottle is still at least 90 % full. Bottles that we have printed with your design are excluded. We refund the purchase price within 14 days; you bear the cost of the return shipment. You will find all the details in our notice on the right of withdrawal and in point 8 of our General Terms and Conditions.

Yes. We currently ship within Austria only. If you live elsewhere, order with a delivery address in Austria or choose pickup. Order here in the shop and have it delivered, or choose pickup and collect your fragrance at Quellenstraße 99/1. And if you'd rather talk first: phone, WhatsApp and email are just as open.

As long as the launch offer runs, every third fragrance is on us — the lowest-priced one. Shipping is free from three fragrances, with 100 ml already from two.

Yes, the 100 ml bottles. On the fragrance page, you upload a photo or logo or write a message, and we print it in our shop on the back of a clear bottle with a black cap. Until 31 Dec, printing is free. Because we print the bottle just for you, it is excluded from withdrawal and from the voluntary returns; if the print is defective, the statutory warranty applies.
