Shipping
We currently deliver only to delivery addresses in Austria. If you are resident in another country, you can still order if you give a delivery address in Austria or choose collection from our shop. We dispatch on working days from Monday to Friday, within Austria in 1–3 working days. Orders placed on working days before 2 p.m. go out the same day.
Delivery
Until 15 November 2026, shipping is free on every order so you can get to know us. After that, shipping costs €6.90; from 3 fragrances ordered we deliver free of shipping costs, for fragrances in 100 ml from just 2. Collection from our shop at Quellenstraße 99/1, 1100 Vienna, is free. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, EPS and PayPal.
Returns & right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from your order without giving reasons; the period begins on the day you received the fragrance or collected it from our shop. The easiest way to declare your withdrawal is the “Withdraw from contract” function at the end of every page or a short message to management@arbach-perfumes.at. In addition, we voluntarily take back any fragrance bought online within 30 days of receipt, even if you have tried it, as long as the bottle is still at least 90 % full. Bottles that we have printed with your design are excluded. We refund the purchase price within 14 days; you bear the cost of the return shipment.
