Shipping
We ship within Austria and to the further countries available to you during the ordering process. Dispatch on working days from Monday to Friday, within Austria in 1–3 working days. Orders placed on working days before 2 p.m. go out the same day.
Delivery
Shipping within Austria costs €6.90, to all other delivery countries €13.90. From 3 fragrances ordered we deliver free of shipping costs. Collection from our shop at Quellenstrasse 99, 1100 Vienna, is free.
Returns & right of withdrawal
Online orders are covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (FAGG). You can withdraw without giving a reason — the details are in our notice on the right of withdrawal.
