Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in a single order which are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you took possession of the last goods delivered. If you chose collection from our shop, the period begins on the day you took over the goods from us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, though it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your statement before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which notice of your withdrawal reached us. Excluded from the refund of delivery costs are additional costs arising from your having chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. For the refund we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. No fees are charged to you for this refund.

You must send the goods back to us or hand them over at our shop without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods where that diminished value results from handling them in a way not necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

When the right of withdrawal lapses

There is no right of withdrawal for goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return where their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 18 (1) no. 5 FAGG). For this purpose every bottle is closed with a hygiene seal which spans the closure of the bottle and bears the wording “Hygiene seal – if this seal is removed, the right of withdrawal lapses”. As long as this seal is intact you can open the outer packaging and look at the bottle without losing your right of withdrawal. If you remove or cut the hygiene seal, your right of withdrawal for that bottle lapses. The cellophane film around the outer packaging is not a hygiene seal in this sense; removing it does not affect your right of withdrawal.
